Certificate for Workplace Investigations

After a 5 day intense program in Santa Barbara California in February 2023, CC Solicitor Founder, Colleen Cleary received her Certificate for Workplace Investigations from gold standard US based Association of Workplace Investigations (AWI). The aim of this accreditation is to hone best in class skills and strategies in internal workplace investigations. Colleen has been managing complex internal investigations and appeals on behalf of a number of organisations and boards for the duration of her career.  She and the team at CC Solicitors are regularly called on to advise on the conduct of investigations, relating to disciplinary proceedings, serious misconduct, whistleblowing, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination. This certificate equips Colleen with the latest knowledge, international best practice and skills to successfully perform impartial investigations to the highest of standard combined with her legal qualification and approach makes her an outstanding investigator.
